I am an American artist that writes by day and draws at night. While I am training to be a bookkeeper, I also create illustrations featuring fantastical humanoids and creatures. Commission TOS

USES
◇ You can use your commissioned pieces in:
• Repost/Share on social media [unless I ask you not to] WITH CREDIT
• Profile Pictures and/or covers
• Any other noncommercial use
◇ You can't use your commissioned pieces in:
• Commercial uses [you cannot make merch of my work unless it is for yourself and yourself only]
• NFTs
• AI
◇ IMPORTANT NOTE! I have the right to refuse services to ANYONE!PAYMENT
◇ Methods of Payment I use
• PayPal
• Cashapp
• Kofi
◇ Proposals can be discussed through DMs on my social media or through email. You MUST have a clear proposal with references included as well as the money to pay upfront BEFORE contacting me for a commission.
◇ Full payment upfront is required
◇ You must be able to pay within two weeks of the proposal otherwise the commission will be dropped.
◇ For buying nsfw commissions from me you MUST be 18 or older.
◇ PRICING: Pricing may vary depending on complexity of character design, pose or scene. These will be evaluated based on reference given or description given. The criteria of complexity will be based on levels.
• LEVEL 1: Simple design, pose or scene - Original price
• LEVEL 2 : Moderate design, pose or scene - +10% original price
• LEVEL 3 : Complex design, pose or scene - +25% original price
◇ If the price is over 50$, I can negotiate where the client can pay half initially and pay the other half once the sketch portion is done.TIMING
◇ Estimate deadlines will depend on the type of commission and my work schedule. Please understand that it may take me some time working due to me classes as well as looking for a full-time job. I may work on personal pieces while in-between commissions. The estimate deadlines for each commission are as follows:
• SKETCHES- 1-4 weeks
• PENS, FLATS, GLITCHED - 2-8 weeks
• SHADED - 1-3 months
• TRADITIONAL - 3 - 8 months
◇ Quicker deadlines can be negotiated as long as they are within reason.
◇ REFUNDS : Refunds will be available due to the following reasons:
• If I do not start on the drawing upon 1 month of commissioning me
• If I do not make any progress past the sketch phase upon 6 months of commissioning me.

TOS Part II

QUEUE
◇ Each commission will be a first come, first serve. I will work starting from the top of the queue down. However there may be times where I start on other commissions while waiting for client's approval.
◇ WAITING LIST: If a potential client wishes to commission me but the queue is filled are able to still make a proposal [but not pay] However they will be put under the waiting list. They will be notified once there is a spot available on the queue so they can pay. If they do not wish to be on the waiting list they must notify me.SPEEDPAINTS
◇ There may be some instances where I record a speedpaint of a complex digital commission as a free extra. However THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED.ART TRADES
◇ Art trades are limited to close friends or to people whose artstyles I enjoy.
◇ That being said, they do not take priority over commissions and count as personal work. Trades may take longer than the usual commission deadline.STUFF I CAN/CANNOT DRAW

FOUND FOOTAGE SCENES
Similar to full body shaded but the character will be blended in with a photo. Sending the desired photo to use is preferred but not required.

The prior three types of commissions but with a detailed background. Prices may change depending on complexion of the scene/background.
